shows.  The ruffle can be worn low shoulder as a
peasant blouse as shown, or as a puff sleeve blouse.
Glorious sheer ruffles drape the neck line and cuff.
The bodice is made of matt jersey and has the look of
a Victorian Roman shade.

ruffle going down one leg to coordinate with the blouse.
Showing a little leg can be adjusted to your desire, but
is shown with a knee opening.
